However, If you believe your goods are faulty or not up to you or your furry friend's expectations, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the goods for a credit or a full refund for the cost of the items. We would return/refund it with no additional questions; however, feedback about the product would be highly appreciated for future improvements. The items you request for the refund/return must be in reasonable conditions. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged, and all sales are final.
Once the returned item is received, we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return to us. For customers returning or exchanging an overseas purchase, please send the product back to Für Sie at the address below. Please note that the buyer is responsible for international returns and exchanges shipping costs. Once the item is received, the order will be processed for return or exchange. Please note this processing takes up to ten days.
